EZY offers subscription plans on both monthly and annual billing cycles. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms:

3.1 Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee on each renewal date.

3.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of initial subscription or renewal. To request a refund:

• Include your account email and reason for requesting a refund
• Allow up to 5 business days for processing

3.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. If we change pricing, we will provide notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will be downgraded to the free tier with limited functionality.

4.1 Link Creation and Management

Our service allows you to create, customize, and manage shortened links. You are solely responsible for the content and destinations of links you create. Links that violate our Acceptable Use policy may be removed without notice.

4.2 QR Code Generation

QR codes generated through our service are linked to your account. You may customize and download these QR codes for your use. We do not guarantee that all QR code readers will be compatible with our generated codes.

4.3 Analytics and Tracking

Our service provides analytics on link usage and QR code scans. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the complete accuracy of all analytics data. Factors such as ad blockers, privacy settings, and network issues may affect data collection.

4.4 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

You agree not to use our service to:

• Create links to content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Engage in phishing, spamming, or other deceptive practices
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated methods to access our service without permission
• Create links that impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, and to remove any links or content that violates our policies.

Our service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create using our service, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display such content as necessary to provide our service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our materials without our express written consent.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our service will immediately cease. All links, QR codes, and associated data may be permanently deleted from our systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of our service.

We are not responsible for the content of websites linked through our service. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of our service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You are solely responsible for all content associated with links you create using our Service. If you use our Service for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or malicious purposes, you acknowledge that you are solely liable for any resulting legal consequences, including but not limited to civil lawsuits, criminal charges, regulatory penalties, or other legal actions. Binding Arbitration

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve any disputes with us on an individual basis. You acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding against us.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, internet service provider failures or delays, or denial-of-service attacks.
